What this site collects, and what it does not.
Three forms, and nothing else. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags. If you never fill in a form, this site keeps nothing about you.
The worksheet keeps your figures in your browser.
Every number you type into the Eight Questions worksheet stays on your own machine, in your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to us. Nothing is stored on a server. Nobody at ThriveWell can see it.
That is a fact about how the tool is built, not a promise about how we behave. There is no code in the worksheet that transmits your figures anywhere. If you clear your browser data, the figures are gone and we cannot recover them for you, because we never had them.
The worksheet does let you save your figures to a file and load them back in later. That file is written by your browser to your own machine. It does not pass through us either.
Who this is about
This page describes what happens to information you give thrivewellag.com. The site belongs to ThriveWell Partners, an operations and technology firm run by Tyler Johnson in Mooresville, Indiana. It is one person. When this page says "we", that is who it means.
There is no company standing behind that name. ThriveWell Partners is a sole proprietorship, which means the firm is Tyler Johnson and nothing else.
We do not publish a postal address. Email tyler@thrivewellag.com or call 463-314-0314. Both reach the same person.
This page is about the public website. If you are already a client, what happens to your information inside an engagement, including anything in the client portal you sign in to, is governed by your signed engagement agreement rather than by this page.
What the three forms collect
There are exactly three places on this site where you can hand us anything. Each one is listed below with every field it has. Two of the three also cause an email to be sent, which means an outside company carries it, and that is covered in where it goes.
The contact form, at /contactus
- Name
- Required.
- Required. This is where the answer goes.
- Company
- Optional.
- Phone
- Optional.
- Subject
- One choice from five, so Tyler knows what he is reading before he opens it.
- Your message
- Whatever you write.
Sending it creates a record in our CRM and emails Tyler an alert carrying what you wrote. The alert is set to reply to your address, so when he answers you, he answers from his own mailbox rather than through a system.
The booking form, at /book-a-call
- Name
- Required.
- Required. The calendar invitation goes here.
- Phone
- Required.
- Date and time
- The slot you picked.
- Message
- Optional.
Booking creates three things: the meeting on the calendar, a contact record for you, and a record in our CRM. You are sent a calendar invitation by email.
The Eight Questions gate, at /eight-questions
- Name
- Required.
- Required.
That is all it asks for. It creates a CRM record marked as having come from the Eight Questions, and then opens the worksheet. If you come back later with the same address, it does not create a second record. The worksheet itself collects nothing, which is described at the top of this page.
Where it goes
There are two answers, and the difference between them is worth stating rather than blurring. The record we keep about you stays on our own hardware. The email we send you does not, because email cannot.
The record stays here
Everything the three forms collect lands in one Odoo instance, on servers ThriveWell runs itself.
It is not a third-party CRM, and it is not pushed out to a marketing platform. Tyler is the only person who reads it. There is no intake desk and there is no sales team.
The mail passes through two providers
Email has to leave the building to reach you, which means going through a company that delivers it. ThriveWell uses two, and an address you give on any form passes through one of them in the course of being written to.
- Fastmail
- Carries mail sent from Tyler's own address, which is most correspondence.
- Resend
- Carries the automated mail: the alert the contact form sends to Tyler, and the calendar invitation a booking sends to you.
They handle the message while they deliver it, the way a courier handles a letter. What each of them does with what passes through is set out in their own policies and not in ours, and we do not speak for them here. What we can tell you is our own setting on the automated account: open tracking and click tracking are both turned off, so mail from that lane does not report back whether you opened it or what you clicked.
Both publish their own privacy policies on their own sites. We have not linked them here because a link we do not check is a link that goes stale, and we would rather you found the current one.
What we use it for
To answer you. To hold the meeting you booked. To keep a record of the conversation, so that if you write again in six months, Tyler is not starting from nothing.
We do also keep our own notes on the record, including a rough judgment of whether the work looks like a fit and roughly how big it might be. That is an internal note of the kind any firm writes down after a conversation, it is never shown to anyone outside the firm, and you are welcome to ask what it says.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to anybody for their own marketing. There is no drip campaign and no automated sequence: an answer from this firm was typed by a person.
What this site does not do
Each of these was checked against the code.
- No analytics of any kind. No Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no Meta pixel, no Hotjar, no Clarity, no Segment. Nothing.
- No advertising tags and no cross-site tracking cookies.
- No IP address is stored. There is a function in the code that could read one, and nothing calls it.
- No profile is built about you from the pages you visit, because nothing records which pages you visit.
- Nothing is shared with a data broker or an advertising network.
The checks on the forms
Every submission is checked before it becomes a record, because a public form on a small firm's site attracts a great deal of junk. Four things happen:
- A signed token records when the form page was loaded, so a submission that arrives instantly is refused.
- A hidden field that no person can see or fill in. If it comes back filled in, something automated filled it.
- A short calculation your browser has to run before the form will send.
- A limit of one submission per email address per 24 hours.
Two of those can catch a real person, and you should know how they fail.
The contact form deliberately shows the same "thank you" page whether your note went through or was rejected, because telling a bot it was caught helps the bot. That means a genuine note can be silently dropped in two cases: if you send a second note from the same address inside 24 hours, or if you have JavaScript turned off.
There used to be a third. A message containing a web address was dropped, which caught real people often, because pasting your own site's link into a note about your business is a natural thing to do. That was changed on 15 August 2026. A note with a link in it now reaches us like any other; it is marked internally so it gets read with a bit of care, and nothing about it is hidden from you.
If you send something and hear nothing back within a day, that is worth knowing about. Email tyler@thrivewellag.com directly or call 463-314-0314. The Eight Questions gate behaves differently on purpose: it tells you plainly when something was rejected, and why.
How long we keep it
Indefinitely. Nothing is deleted on a schedule. We are not going to print a retention period we do not actually enforce, so the honest answer is that if you filled in a form here, that record still exists. If you would rather it did not, the next section tells you how to have it removed, and we will.
Whatever the answer turns out to be, you can ask us to delete what we hold at any time. That is the next section.
Seeing it, correcting it, deleting it
Email tyler@thrivewellag.com and ask. He will tell you what is on the record, fix anything that is wrong, and delete it if you want it deleted. There is no form for this and no ticket number, because there is one person and one mailbox.
Three things cannot be undone, and it is fairer to say so than to imply otherwise. An email that has already been sent has already been sent. A meeting invitation already in your calendar is in your calendar. And if you have been a client, some records have to stay for the firm's books.
Links to other sites
This site links out in a few places, including to the firm's LinkedIn page. Once you leave thrivewellag.com you are under somebody else's privacy policy and not this one, and we do not control what they collect.
Changes to this page
When the site starts doing something, or stops doing something, this page changes with it. The date at the top is the last time that happened. If a change is significant enough to matter to someone who has already written to us, we will say so rather than quietly edit the page.
Questions about any of this.
Tyler wrote this page and he is the one who would answer. There is no privacy desk to route you to.
