The dispatch counter of a small plumbing and heating contractor before the shop opens. The owner stands alone behind it, a clipboard in one hand and the other on the mouse, reading two mismatched monitors. Only the light over the counter is on and the rest of the shop is dark.

Before it was a firm,it was his own payroll.

ThriveWell Partners was not planned in a boardroom. It came out of years of owning and running businesses, the good years and the brutal ones.

What he has actually done.

Tyler Johnson did not start in consulting. He started as an owner-operator, and he built the IT infrastructure, the ERP and the processes for his own companies before he ever built them for a client.

He has built, owned and run businesses across agriculture, specialty manufacturing, recovery services and digital marketing. He built the systems that held them together, and sold the ones he chose to move on from. One thriving business was lost to a bad partnership and the long fight to make it right.

He learned every lesson the hard way, and then kept living the same problem from the inside: owners carrying the whole operation alone, making technology and process decisions in the dark. ThriveWell is the partner he wished he had when it was his own business on the line.

Operating career, before ThriveWell. References on request.

The empty service bay of a small fleet maintenance garage before the shift starts. The lift is down and unoccupied, the tool chest is pushed against the wall, an air hose hangs on a reel overhead, and the concrete floor carries old oil stains and faded lane markings. Nobody is in the room.

ERP implementation
Odoo specialist, plus custom systems built from scratch.
IT infrastructure
Networks, communications, and a self-hosted estate.
Industrial automation
Designed PLC automation.
Operations
Lean practice and operational redesign.
Documentation
Process capture, written down so it outlives whoever knew it.

The work does not move until someone does it with you.

One role, two halves.

ThriveWell works inside a business as one hybrid COO and CIO. Operations and technology are not two services here. They are two halves of the same problem, and the bridge between them is the product.

The COO half
Operational systems, process design, accountability frameworks, and scaling the operation.
The CIO half
Information systems strategy, ERP selection and implementation, technology governance, and IT team leadership.

Not a CTO. A CTO builds a product, and neither half of this role does.

Tyler Johnson and a business owner sitting across the table in the office of a small trucking company, a hand-drawn process flow on butcher paper spread between them and Tyler pointing at a step. A magnetic dispatch board on the wall behind, tractor units visible through the window.

The diagnosis gets built at the table with the people who have to live with it. Illustrative scene, not a specific client engagement.

What we will not do

  • Strategy work without execution.
  • AI adopted for the sake of having adopted AI. The process gets mapped first, and whatever would not have paid for itself gets cut.
  • An engagement that ends before your team can run the thing without us.
  • Technology delivered with no operational leadership around it.

What we can show you, and what we cannot.

The record above is Tyler's, from before this firm existed. It is the honest answer to what he has done, and it is still not the same claim as a ThriveWell client result. There is now one of those, and it is kept separate on purpose.

  • Engagements are in motion.Clients are working with us right now.
  • One case study is posted.Henderson Farm Store, named, with the open items on the page beside the results.
  • The figures on it are theirs, and dated.Every one is read from their production system and carries the day it was read. No number anywhere else on this site is a client result.
  • There are still no testimonials.None have been collected. When there are, they will carry a name.

When that changes, this section changes, and not before.

The part that does not move.

ThriveWell Partners exists to honor God by giving growing businesses the systems, technology, and leadership they need to keep getting stronger.

Whatever you do, do it from the heart, as something done for the Lord and not for people.

Colossians 3:23

Build capability, not dependency

We teach as we go. When we leave, the systems and the knowledge stay.

Excellence as worship

Every deliverable is an offering rather than a transaction. No sloppy code, no half-built systems, no rushed thinking.

Honesty over revenue

We tell you the truth even when it costs us the deal, and we do not sell you scope you do not need.

Results over activity

We measure success by whether the business actually improved. Hours billed and documents produced mean nothing on their own.

Steward like it's ours

Your problems are our problems until they are solved, and we do not clock out when it gets hard.

A flat central Indiana horizon at dusk, seen from the shoulder of a two-lane county road. A harvested field of stubble runs to a low treeline, a grain elevator and water tower stand on the right, utility poles run away to the left, and heavy overcast fills the sky with only a faint warm band near the horizon.

If that is the partner you want, let us find out.

A free operations review. We walk the floor, the systems and the numbers with you, not at you, and the written diagnosis is yours to keep either way.

One operator, two to three engagements at a time. If the timing is wrong, we will say so.
