Stop typing the same email for the tenth time.
Quotes at 9pm. Review replies you keep putting off. The follow-up you've written a hundred times. The tools to hand that work off exist right now, and setting them up takes one day. That's the day I'm offering.
Book a CallOne full day. Your desk, your accounts, your tasks.
I come to your business for a full working day. We find the 4 or 5 tasks that eat the most of your week, and I work out how each one should get done once, then set up AI on your own computers and accounts to run it that way every time. I train you and your people until you're comfortable running it without me.
My own firm runs this way. Every repetitive job in it has a system; this is that approach, rebuilt around your business.
- Before I arrive: a 10-minute phone call. What eats your week? We pick the day's targets before I ever show up.
- Morning: we walk your real week at your desk. Then we set up the first tools on your accounts: customer replies, quotes and estimates, review responses, whatever your list surfaced.
- Afternoon: we build out the rest, write the prompts around your actual business, and train everyone who touches email or quotes.
- End of day: we walk your shop and I show you what else this could take off your plate, in writing, so you decide on your own time.
- Every prompt, written for your business, saved in your accounts
- A one-page playbook your team can work from
- A short written list of what to automate next
- A check-in call two weeks later to fix anything wobbly
The tools run about $20 a month and the subscriptions are yours, on your accounts. You own everything. Nothing runs through me.
This is for you if you're typing the same kind of email ten times a week. Quoting after dinner. Sitting on unanswered reviews. Rewriting the same follow-up.
It's not for you if your business barely touches a computer. There's nothing for the tools to take off your plate yet.
$500 flat. The full day, the setup, the training, the check-in call.
One operator. I do these one at a time and I do them in person, so booking depends on the calendar. The 10-minute call sorts fit and timing both. If the day isn't going to pay for itself in your business, I say so on that call and we don't book it.
